InfraRed Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of GulenSkyss ,

GulenSkyss has today signed a contract with the local shipyard Fjellstrand AS for the construction of a new and modern electric ferry.

We have won the tender to operate the ferry connection Breistein–Valestrand. 

The merger between GulenSkyss and Florø Skyssbåt is now complete and we are proud to launch our new logo and website. 

A great celebration and a proud day for GulenSkyss who invited to the christening party for the new ambulance boats "MS Rosesol » and «MS Roseflora » in Eivindvik on October 8th.

The county council in Vestland has decided that the Daløy - Haldorsneset ferry route will be free from July 1, 2022.

From July 1, the Espevær-Eidesvik boat route will be included in the zone system and priced in the same way as Skyss's buses in Western Norway, as well as light rail and some other boat services in Western Norway.

May 5, 2022 took over GulenSkyss the new ambulance boat MS Rosesol from Måløy Shipyard.

May 14, 2021 signed GulenSkyss contract with Helse Førde for the operation of two new ambulance boats.
